INKs - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(Version 1.0 – INKs / @inksonchain)

 

1. Introduction

INKs is a collection of original digital artworks permanently inscribed on the Bitcoin Ordinals blockchain. Each INK is a one-of-a-kind hand-crafted creation by @giggiart.​ Owning an INK means holding the unique on-chain asset (NFT/Ordinal). It does not automatically transfer the underlying copyright or authorship rights of the artwork itself.

 

2. Creator’s Rights

  • @inksonchain and @giggiart retain all moral and copyright ownership of the original artwork, including attribution, integrity, exhibition, and the right to reproduce or display it for artistic or promotional purposes.

  • Collectors may not claim authorship, alter the artwork in a way that misrepresents its style or message, or remove any signatures or identifying marks.

  • @inksonchain and @giggiart reserve the right to use any INK (even if owned by collectors) in exhibitions, publications, and cross-media projects, always crediting the on-chain owner as the legitimate holder.

 

3. Collector Rights

The verified on-chain holder of an INK is granted:

  • A personal and commercial license to use, display, reproduce, or sell products or content featuring the artwork, including for profit, provided that:

    • Proper credit is given (“Artwork by @giggiart @inksonchain”), and

    • The use does not involve illegal, defamatory, or harmful content, nor damage the reputation of the artist or the project.

  • Extended commercial use (holder tier license):

    • Collectors holding three (3) or more INKs, or enrolled in “Collector / Creator / Partner” programs, may request a full commercial license allowing unrestricted branding, merchandise, and derivative use.

    • This requires an INK License Approval from the official INKs channels (DM @giggiart).

 

4. Derivatives, Remixes & Adaptations

  • Remixing or creating derivative works is allowed only if they clearly credit “Inspired by INKs” and include a link to the original collection.

  • Derivatives must remain consistent with the visual and narrative tone of the INKs universe (no political, hateful, pornographic, or discriminatory use).

  • AI remixes, 3D conversions, or edits are permitted for personal use only, and may not be minted or sold as new NFT collections without written permission.

 

5. Branding & Logos

  • The names “INKs”, “giggiart” as well as associated logos and emblems, are trademarks and proprietary marks of @giggiart.

  • These may not be used on websites, social media, or merchandise that could suggest official affiliation, unless explicit permission or license is granted.

  • Descriptive use (“Personal collection of INKs”) is permitted in personal bios, galleries, or portfolios.

 

6. Royalties & Creator Support

  • Royalties set on official marketplaces (Magic Eden, Gamma, TRIO, or others) must remain active and unbypassed.

  • Standard tips (typically 2%) fund future INKs seasons, customization tools (TRIO FOMO Device), and ecosystem development.
     

7. License Revocation

Violation of any section of this policy — including copyright infringement, fraudulent use, or brand abuse — will result in immediate termination of the commercial license, and may lead to legal action by Doctor-G MadLab.

 

8. Transfer of Rights

When an INK is sold or transferred, the associated license (personal or commercial) automatically transfers to the new on-chain holder. Extended commercial licenses (Creator / Partner / Brand tiers) must be re-issued to the new owner upon request.

 

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, holding, or using any INK, you agree to the terms of this IP & Commercial Use Policy.
Ownership of an INK grants you a right to use and monetize that specific piece, not ownership of the entire INKs on Chain universe or brand.
